Turning Interest Into Action
Grow Playing Foundation, (GPF) was born in 2019 from the urgent need to pay attention to the recent wave of Hispanic migrants from North and South American countries, due to the Covid-19 crisis and the impoverishment of the countries in the region and observing children as one of the most vulnerable groups within global society, The GPF, we are focusing all our efforts on Hispanic women migrant with young children’s in South Florida; serving Palm Beach County this population group has been more affected both in the rural and urban population; resulting in a serious deterioration in the fundamental rights of children.

Mentoring Workshops
Since we started GPF, 340 workshops have been given to immigrant mothers who are heads of households, even in times of pandemic, virtual workshops were held.

Assisted Children
In each mentoring workshop, the children of school age were registered and they were given school supplies, primers and didactic material for their admission to school.

Migrant families have been assisted with food, school supplies and delivery of toys for school-age children.
